Returns Eligibility

We accept all kinds of returns, including:

  • Defective products (manufacturing defects, damaged items, or incorrect products received)

  • Non-defective products (change of mind, dislike of product, or other personal reasons)

Returns are accepted within 5 days from the date the product is received by the buyer.


Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be raised within 5 days of delivery.

  • The product should be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories (if any).

  • Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.

Note: Products showing signs of misuse, excessive wear, or damage caused by the customer may not be eligible for return.


How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at order@kraffte.com with your order ID and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Once approved, ship the product back as per the provided guidelines.


Refund Policy

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.


Shipping Costs

  • In case of defective or incorrect products, return shipping costs will be borne by Kraffte.

  • For non-defective returns, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.


Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted, and customers must follow the return process.
